Bank of evidence on false climate solutions

In 2023, Friends of the Earth International released the first part of the *Bank of Evidence*, highlighting the devastating impacts of so-called "Nature-Based Solutions." This collection of articles, investigations, and reports documents how these false climate solutions have harmed communities and ecosystems worldwide while failing to deliver their promised climate benefits.

The second part of the *Bank of Evidence* has now been published, focusing on the negative impacts and growing threats posed by geoengineering technologies. The new report delves into various projects, including Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS), Direct Air Capture (DAC), Solar Radiation Management (SRM), and Marine Geoengineering.
