Youth visions for implementing the EU Green Deal
The project "Baltic Youth’s visions, innovations and initiatives to Green Deal implemented in local communities" brought together young people and experts from Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Sweden to explore how the European Green Deal can be turned into practical, local action. The initiative aimed to empower youth with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to create sustainable solutions in their communities.
Through collaborative workshops, knowledge-sharing, and visionary discussions, the project focused on four key Green Deal themes: climate neutrality and energy transition, biodiversity and sustainable food systems, circular economy and industrial symbiosis, and sustainable mobility and smart cities. Participants gained multidisciplinary insights and developed creative ideas for making the Green Deal a reality at the local level.
