Greenhouse gas emissions from Ireland’s farming sector must drop by 25 per cent by 2030.

The European Commission recently announced decisions it had made in its July Infringements package.

According to the national Irish farm survey, based on data from 2017, emissions of greenhouse gases and ammonia continue to increase over time.
